The Mini ROV High-Pressure Cleaning Attachment is a compact jetting assembly designed to provide effective subsea cleaning while maintaining vehicle stability. The system mounts securely to the underside of the ROV, allowing targeted cleaning without interfering with cameras, thrusters, or tooling.
The assembly features a forward-facing cleaning nozzle positioned at the front of the vehicle for removing marine growth, sediment, and debris from subsea structures. To counteract the reactive force generated by high-pressure jetting, the system incorporates a rear-facing anti-thrust nozzle, significantly reducing unwanted vehicle movement during operation.
This balanced nozzle configuration allows the ROV to maintain control and positioning while cleaning, making it well suited to mini and inspection-class ROVs, where excess thrust can otherwise disrupt manoeuvrability.
